Episode 5: The positive friendships podcast with Slowcoaches

London trio Slowcoaches have been huge supporters of the Don’t Fret Club podcast since we lunched, so we were thrilled to have them in for episode five.

Helping to kickstart our themed episodes, this podcast hears from vocalist and bassist Heather Perkins about the importance of prioritising positive friendships; taking inspiration from tracks like Ex Head.

Plus we look ahead to the release of their debut album, Nothing Gives and talk tips on dealing with nerves.

This is an excellent podcast Heather Perkins has a real talent for clear communication, openness and honesty. This podcast should be brought to the attention of other mental health sites and organisations. Heather explains everything so very well. Congratulations Heather, good luck with your music and thank you to the Don't Fret Club for all your hard work too.
