We were thrilled to have Tonight Alive singer Jenna McDougall join us for our first ever episode earlier this year.
Jenna was refreshingly honest about her own struggles with anxiety, detailing her most effective tips for coping including yoga and regular exercise.
“Don’t Fret, you’ve got this,” she declared, as well as sharing her go-to tracks for when she wants to zone out of the real world.
